Data Deletion Instructions

PuzzleWalker provides users with a way to request deletion of their PuzzleWalker account and associated personal information, including information associated with Facebook Login.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your PuzzleWalker account and associated personal information:
- Send an email to support@puzzlewalker.com.
- Use the subject line PuzzleWalker Account and Data Deletion Request.
- Include the email address associated with your PuzzleWalker account.
- If you used Facebook Login, please state that you used Facebook Login.
Verification
We may request reasonable information necessary to verify that the request belongs to the account holder. This helps protect accounts from unauthorized deletion requests.
What We Delete
After verifying the request, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account, subject to information that we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes.
Deletion may permanently remove:
- PuzzleWalker account information;
- saved or unfinished games;
- game history;
- scores, ratings, and stars;
- leaderboard information associated with the account; and
- other account-associated personal information.
Facebook Authorization
You may also remove PuzzleWalker's authorization through the account settings provided by Facebook/Meta. Removing Facebook authorization may prevent Facebook from being used to authenticate you, but it does not by itself necessarily delete information already associated with your PuzzleWalker account.
